BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with KY. Transportation Cabinet (KYTC), to delegate responsibility for operation and maintenance of traffic signals and electrical traffic control devices on roadways included in the State Primary Road System and located in Lexington-Fayette County to the Urban County Government.
Section 2 - That an estimated amount, not to exceed the sum of $360,000.00, be and hereby is approved to be reimbursed by KYTC , from account #1141-303602-XXXXX, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
