BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Emergency Management/911, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to purchase ZUMRO Non Ambulatory Roller Systems on Carts with accessories under the Metropolitan Medical Response System Project and the Chemical Stockpile Emergency Preparedness Program from Advance Eco Systems, Inc., a sole source provider.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $48,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Advance Eco Systems, Inc., from account #3200-505201-96705 ($36,000.00) and account #3200-505205-96468 ($12,000.00), pursuant to the terms of the purchase requisition.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
