BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an Agreement with Vebridge Holdings, Inc., a sole source provider, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference, for maintenance and technical support services related to the Geographic Information System (GIS) enabled repository (the “Repository”) for engineering drawings.
Section 2 - That the Director of Engineering, or his designee, is hereby authorized to sign any necessary documents related to software maintenance and support of the Repository in future fiscal years.
Section 3 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $2,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to VeBridge Holdings, Inc., from the following accounts: #1101-303201-71299 ($500.00); #1136-303202-71299 ($500.00); #4002-303202-71299 ($500.00); and #4201-303202-71299 ($500.00) in FY 2017, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 4 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
