BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Agreements related to Neighborhood Development Funds, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Historic South Hill Neighborhood Association, Inc.; Tates Creek Boys Varsity Cheerleaders, Inc.; The Salvation Army; Center For Women, Children And Families, Inc.; Greenhouse17, Inc.; Community Action Council For Lexington-Fayette, Bourbon, Harrison, And Nicholas Counties, Inc.; Project Ricochet Incorporated; Lyric Theatre And Cultural Arts Center Corporation; Wiseguys Urban Uplift Foundation LLC; and The Friends Of The Parks In Fayette County, Inc., for the Office of the Urban County Council.

                     Section 2 - That amounts, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby are approved for payment to Historic South Hill Neighborhood Association, Inc. ($1,500.00); Tates Creek Boys Varsity Cheerleaders, Inc. ($500.00); The Salvation Army ($2,500.00); Center For Women, Children And Families, Inc. ($2,150.00); Greenhouse17, Inc. ($6,954.00);                      Community Action Council For Lexington-Fayette, Bourbon, Harrison, And Nicholas Counties, Inc. ($400.00); Project Ricochet Incorporated ($1,400.00); Lyric Theatre And Cultural Arts Center Corporation ($500.00); Wiseguys Urban Uplift Foundation LLC ($600.00); and The Friends Of The Parks In Fayette County, Inc. ($500.00), from account #1101-121002-71214, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the Agreements.

                     Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
