BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order No. 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Engineering Services Agreement with Stantec Consulting Services, Inc., for the Sanitary Sewer Capacity Assurance Plan (CAP) required by the Consent Decree, increasing the contract price by the sum of $650,000.00 from $1,012,500.00 to $1,662,500.00.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $650,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Stantec Consulting Services, Inc., from account #4003 - 303410 - 71205, pursuant to the terms of the Change Order.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
