      Section 1 - That the following Probationary Civil Service Appointment made by the Mayor, be and hereby is ratified:
Marcus Ashford, Public Service Supervisor Sr., Grade 114E, $1,440.72 bi weekly, in the Division of Waste Management, effective September 10, 2012.
