Summary
Authorization to approve a sole source provider agreement for consulting services from Mission Critical Partners. These consulting services are for continued construction of phase 2 of the Public Safety Operations Center project. Mission Critical Partners has been consulting on the project since inception, and has been funded by FEMA. The phase 2 portion is a continuation. Mission Critical Partners fees cannot be funded for Phase 2 by FEMA due to federal regulations. The cost is not to exceed $200,000. Funds are budgeted. (L1105-15)(Bastin)

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Department of Public Safety, , on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to purchase consulting services for Phase 2 of the Public Safety Operations Center Project from Mission Critical Partners, a sole source provider.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $200,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Mission Critical Partners from account #1115-160302-91017, pursuant to the terms of the purchase requisition.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
