BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of Barney Miller's Inc., in the amount of $55,000.00, for Audio Visual Equipment for Police Training Facility, for the Division of Police, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $55,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Barney Miller's Inc., from account #1142-505501-95805, pursuant to the terms of the bid.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
