BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an Amendment to Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, amending the Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS Grant to permit use of the grant funds for operation of a Tenant Based Rental Assistance program, at no cost to the Urban County Government.
Section 2 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute and Amendment to Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein in reference, with AIDS Volunteers, Inc., for the operation of the above-referenced Tenant Based Rental Assistance program, at no cost to the Urban County Government.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
