Authorization to transfer one (1) classified vacant position of Service Writer (Grade 510N) and funds from the Division of Parks and Recreation to the Division of Facilities and Fleet Management, effective upon passage of Council. The position has been located in the Division of Parks and Recreation but is a better fit for the Division of Facilities and Fleet Management due to the essential duties this position performs. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN
COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 -That subsection line number 760.142 in the classified civil service authorized strength be and hereby is deleted.
Section 2 - That the following subsection line number of the classified civil service authorized strength be and hereby is amended to read as follows:
720.087 3 620 510N Service Writer
Section 3 - That the vacant classified civil service position be and hereby is transferred at the current job classification, pay grade and salary from the Division of Parks and Recreation to the Division of Facilities and Fleet Management.
Section 4 - That certain of the Budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government are amended and funds are appropriated pursuant to Budget Schedule No. 0058, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 5 - That this Ordinance shall become effective on passage.
