BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of Harbor Enterprises, LLC d/b/a Survive-a-Storm Shelters, in the amount of $34,900.00, for Manufactured Tornado Safe Room, for the Division of Emergency Management/911, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute any necessary agreement with Harbor Enterprises, LLC d/b/a Survive-a-Storm Shelters, related to the bid.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $34,900.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Harbor Enterprises, LLC d/b/a Survive-a-Storm Shelters, from account #3200-505201-90511 ($31,795.00) and account #1101-707601-76101 ($3,105.00), pursuant to the terms of the bid and any necessary agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
