Summary

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a multi-year Pay for Output Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Lynn Imaging, to lease scanner-plotters and related supplies for the Division of Water Quality.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $7,320.00 in the first year, be and hereby is approved for payment to Lynn Imaging, from account # 4002-303401-3401-71303, pursuant to the terms of the Pay for Output Agreement, with increases of up to ten percent (10%) annually thereafter, subject to the appropriation of sufficient funds in future fiscal years.
Section 3 - This Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
