BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Rural and Inner City Adopt-a-Spot Program Agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with JRC Crew 728 ($635.75); New Beginnings Youth Department ($1,736.12); Dunbar Men Soccer Team ($1,621.40); Boy Scout Troop 110 ($1,820.85); Sisters Road To Freedom ($2,024.00) for participation in the Adopt-A-Spot Roadway Cleanup Program under the Kentucky Pride Grant for FY 2016.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $7,838.12, be and hereby is approved for payment to JRC Crew 728 ($635.75); New Beginnings Youth Department ($1,736.12); Dunbar Men Soccer Team ($1,621.40); Boy Scout Troop 110 ($1,820.85); Sisters Road To Freedom ($2,024.00) from account #3400-313201-71299, pursuant to the terms of the LFUCG Rural and Inner City Adopt-a-Spot Program Agreements.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
