BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of Midwest Rescue Products, Inc., in the amount of $41,272.25, for the FL 360 Cameras and Listening Device, for the Division of Fire and Emergency Services, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $41,272.25, be and hereby is approved for payment to Midwest Rescue Products, Inc., from account #3200-505707-95805, pursuant to the terms of the bid.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
