BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Division of Human Resources is authorized to make a conditional offer to the following Probationary Classified Civil Service Appointments:

Tammy Bauer, Staff Assistant Sr., Grade 510N, $14.888 hourly in the Division of Revenue, effective May 23, 2016.

 

Andre Ingram, Public Service Worker Sr., Grade 509N, $13.561 hourly in the Division of Streets and Roads, effective upon passage of Council.

 

Darnell Roberts, Public Service Worker Sr., Grade 509N, $15.055 hourly in the Division of Water Quality, effective upon passage of Council.

 

Channing Hayes, Public Service Worker Sr., Grade 509N, $13.639 hourly in the   Division of Water Quality, effective upon passage of Council.

 

Gary Grimes, Equipment Operator Sr.,Grade 512N, $17.428 hourly in the Division of Water Quality, effective upon passage of Council.

 

Allen Neal, Maintenance Mechanic, Grade SlSN, $19.487 hourly in the Division of Water Quality, effective upon passage of Council.

Antwan Davis, Resource Recovery Operator, Grade 513N, $18.080 hourly in the              Division of Waste Management, effective upon passage of Council.

 

Frank Johnson, Resource Recovery Operator, Grade 513N, $17.398 hourly in the  Division of Waste Management, effective upon passage of Council.

 

Morgan Powell, Heavy Equipment Technician, Grade 516N, $21.184 hourly in the Division of Facilities and Fleet Management, effective upon passage of Council.

 

Irma Kocer, Volunteer Coordinator, Grade 514N, $17.981 hourly in the Division of Family Services, effective May 23, 2016.

 

Elizabeth Day, Code Enforcement Officer, Grade 516N, $21.60 hourly in the Division of Code Enforcement, effective May 23, 2016.

 

Christopher Woodall, Planning Manager, Grade 526E, $2,830.77 biweekly in the Division of Planning, effective upon passage of Council.

 

                     Section 2 - That upon successful completion of the physical or medical examination, the applicants listed in Section 1 May begin employment.

                     Section 3 - That the Division of Human Resources is authorized to make a conditional offer to the following Unclassified Civil Service Appointments:

Amanda Patrick, Social Worker, Grade 513E, $1,445.60 biweekly in the Division of Aging and Disability Services, effective upon passage of Council.

 

Kathy Allen, Van Driver P/T, Grade 505N, $12.000 hourly in the Division of Aging and Disability Services, effective upon passage of Council.

 

Mark Plymale, Clerical Assistant P/T, Grade 505N, $11.678 hourly in the Division of Family Services, effective  May 23, 2016.

 

Section 4 - That upon successful completion of the physical or medical
