BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an Agreement, the final form of which shall be subject to approval of the Department of Law, with the Hope Center Inc., to provide an additional $693,657.00 for temporary warming shelters this winter.
Section 2 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute any necessary amendments or addenda with the Hope Center, Inc., and/or the YMCA, related to this project.
Section 3 - That an amount, not to exceed $693,657.00, is hereby authorized for payment to Hope Center, Inc., from account # 1145-155003-78112, consistent with the terms of the Agreement, and contingent upon the approval of all necessary Budget amendments.
Section 4 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
