BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Second Renewal of the Agreement (awarded pursuant to RFP No. 28-2022), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Mackey Group LLC d/b/a Wiser Strategies, for creative design services for public outreach and media campaigns related to water quality and leaf collection, for the Division of Environmental Services, at a cost not to exceed $60,000.00.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $60,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Mackey Group LLC d/b/a Wiser Strategies, from accounts # 1115-313201-3095-71299 ($10,000.00) and 4051-313201-3095-71299 ($50,000.00) pursuant to the terms of the Second Renewal of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
