BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an agreement with Commonwealth of Kentucky Transportation Cabinet to accept $868,000.00 in federal Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act funds and $65,600.00 in federal funds under the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet Surface Transportation Program for the construction phase of the Wilson Downing Intersection Improvements Project, acceptance of these funds requires a local match of $16,400.00. By receiving these funds, the Urban County Government acknowledges and agrees to ratify and adopt all statements, representations, warranties, covenants, and agreements contained in this agreement.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
