Section 1 - That the bids of Blue Grass Realty; Central Kentucky Turf, Inc.; Kodiak Construction and Engineering, Inc.; Landscape Supply and Design; Lexcut Lawn and Landscaping; Walker-Harris Landscapes and Hardscapes, LLC; Wright's Home Improvement & Mowing, LLC; and ZKB Services, LLC, establishing price contracts for Mowing and Nuisance Abatement, for the Division of Code Enforcement, be and hereby are accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bids, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
