                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute agreements related to Neighborhood Development Funds, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Carnegie Literacy Center, Inc., Community Ventures Corporation, South Florida Youth Film Workshop, Inc., KBA Prime, Corp, Eastland Parkway Neighborhood Association, Inc., The Black Soil Charitable Fund, Inc., St. Martin’s Village Neighborhood Association, Hill-N-Dale Neighborhood Association, Stonewall Equestrian Estates Association, Inc., The Open Gates Neighborhood Association, Inc., Garden Meadows Homeowners Association, Inc., Lexington Housing for the Handicapped, Inc., Union Benevolent Society #28 Inc., Meadow Creek Neighborhood Association, Inc., Project Kids 1st LLC, Downtown Lexington Corporation, The Citizen’s Fire Academy Alumni Association of Lexington, Kentucky, Inc., Lexington Leadership Foundation, Inc., East End Community Development Corporation, Young Men’s Christian Association of Central Kentucky, Inc., Operation Be You, Inc, Vijana Power Inc., Golfview Estates Neighborhood Association, Inc., and Safehouse KY Inc., for the Office of the Urban County Council.
