BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Purchase of Service Agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated by reference, with (1) Jubilee Jobs of Lexington, Inc. and Lexington Rescue Mission, Inc.; (2) Kentucky Conference for Community and Justice d/b/a The Plantory and Foodchain, Inc.; (3) Opportunity Workshop of Lexington, Inc. d/b/a Opportunity for Work and Learning, Inc.; (4) Community Action Council for Lexington-Fayette, Bourbon, Harrison, and Nicholas Counties, Inc.; (5) Hospice of the Bluegrass, Inc. d/b/a Bluegrass Care Navigators; (6) Building Industry Association of Central Kentucky d/b/a Building Institute of Central Kentucky; (7) Dress for Success Lexington, Inc.; (8) Urban League of Lexington - Fayette County, Inc.; (9) Build Inclusion, Inc.; (10) Community Ventures Corporation, for a one year term, with the ability of the Government to extend the Agreement for another one year term.

                     Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the total sum of $300,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to (1) Jubilee Jobs of Lexington, Inc. and Lexington Rescue Mission, Inc. ($59,500.00); (2) Kentucky Conference for Community and Justice d/b/a The Plantory and Foodchain, Inc. ($55,000.00); (3) Opportunity Workshop of Lexington, Inc. d/b/a Opportunity for Work and Learning, Inc. ($26,000.00); (4) Community Action Council for Lexington-Fayette, Bourbon, Harrison, and Nicholas Counties, Inc. ($26,000.00); (5) Hospice of the Bluegrass, Inc. d/b/a Bluegrass Care Navigators ($25,000.00); (6) Building Industry Association of Central Kentucky d/b/a Building Institute of Central Kentucky ($26,000.00); (7) Dress for Success Lexington, Inc.
