BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of Fristoe & Reynolds, Inc., in the amount of $95,455.00, for the Family Care Center Boiler Replacement Project, for the Division of Fleets & Facilities, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid and Agreement, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and that the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the attached Agreement with Fristoe & Reynolds, Inc., related to the bid.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $95,455.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to with Fristoe & Reynolds, Inc., from account #2607-707201-0001-76101 pursuant to the terms of the bid and Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
