Summary

Authorization to approve a recommended decrease to the MS4 Annual Program Management Contracts #87-2020 for FY21 and FY22 for a total savings $440,720.55.  The div. recommends that the savings from these older Agreements be used to fund the renewal for FY25 MS4 Annual Program Management Agreement. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Change Order No. 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Agreements with Tetra Tech, Inc., for MS4 Program Management Services, for the Division of Water Quality, decreasing the contract price by the collective sum of $440,720.55, from $1,446,377.00 ($719,258.00 in FY 2021 and $727,119.00 in FY 2022) to $1,005,656.45 ($523,997.20 in FY 2021 and $481,659.25 in FY 2022).

Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
