Summary

Authorization to change the title of seven (7) unclassified positions of Probation Officer - Juvenile (Grade 515N) to Juvenile Probation Officer (Grade 515N). Additionally, we request to change the title of  one (1) unclassified position of Juvenile Surveillance Probation Officer (Grade 515N) to Juvenile Probation Officer (Grade 515N); reclassifying the incumbent within the Division of Youth Services, effective upon passage of Council. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN

COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That subsection line number 650.033 in the Unclassified Civil Service authorized strength be and hereby is deleted.

                     Section 2 - That the following subsection line number in the Unclassified Civil Service authorized strength by and hereby is amended to read as follows:

                                          650.032                     8                     276                     515N                                           Juvenile Probation Officer

                     Section 3 - That the incumbent, Richard Bello, be and hereby is reclassified from Juvenile Surveillance Probation Officer to Juvenile Probation Officer, at the same grade and rate of pay.

                     Section 4 - That this Ordinance shall become effective upon passage of Council.
