BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Human Resources is authorized to make a conditional offer to the following Probationary Classified Civil Service Appointments:
LeAngela Drake, Risk Management Accountant, Grade 518N, $23.247 hourly in the Division of Accounting, effective October 5, 2020.
Freddie Pensinger, Equipment Operator Sr., Grade 512N, $17.401 hourly in the Division of Streets and Roads, effective October 12, 2020.
James Turley, Trades Worker Sr., Grade 511N, $17.527 hourly in the Division of Streets and Roads, effective October 12, 2020.
Michael Wiley, Facilities Manager, Grade 523E, $2,692.31 biweekly in the Division of Facilities and Fleet Management, effective upon passage of Council.

Section 4 - That upon successful completion of the physical or medical examination, the applicants listed in Section 1 May begin the probationary civil service probationary period.
