BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Statement of Work No. 3, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Cooperative Personnel Services d/b/a CPS HR Consulting, for written examination development, administration, and assessment services for the Fire Lieutenant, Fire Captain, and Fire Major promotional processes in the Division of Fire and Emergency Services.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $136,500.00 in FY 2016, be and hereby is approved for payment to Cooperative Personnel Services d/b/a CPS HR Consulting, from account #1101-160502-71299, pursuant to the terms of the attached Statement of Work.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
