BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a Subrecipient Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with NAMI Lexington (KY), Inc., for the operation of the Fayette Mental Health Court.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed $170,000.00, is hereby authorized for payment to NAMI Lexington (KY), Inc., from account # 3230-900349-71101, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 -- That the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, is hereby authorized to execute any other needed Agreements or amendments with NAMI Lexington (KY), Inc., related to the use of these funds.
Section 4 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
