BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a Purchase of Service Agreement (RFP No. 30-2024), with Lexington-Fayette Urban County Housing Authority, for operation of a Landlord Engagement and Recruitment Program.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed $300,000.00 be and hereby is approved for payment to Lexington-Fayette Urban County Housing Authority, from account #1145-155003-78112, pursuant to the Purchase of Service Agreement.
Section 3 - That the Mayor or her designee is further authorized to execute any other necessary amendments, addenda, or other documents related to these funds.
Section 4 - - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of passage.
