BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an amendment, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to an agreement with Risk Management Services Company for third party administrator for claims management services and claims adjustment handling services for workers’ compensation, auto liability and physical damage, general liability, and property claims, to authorize additional one-year extensions at the current contract pricing.
Section 2 - That an amount estimated not to exceed the sum of $419,600.00, plus 20% of subrogation, be and hereby is approved for payment to Risk Management Services Company in FY 2027, from account #6021-160906-0001-71299 pursuant to the terms of the agreement and subject to the appropriation of sufficient funds.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
