BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of Cumberland Pipeline, LLC, in the amount of $552,780.16, for the Paradise Lane Pump Station and Force Main, for the Division of Water Quality, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid and Agreement, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Agreement with Cumberland Pipeline, LLC, related to the bid.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $552,780.16, be and hereby is approved for payment to Cumberland Pipeline, LLC, from account #3400-303401-92811 ($320,005.00) and account #4003-303401-92811 ($232,775.16), pursuant to the terms of the bid and Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
