BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a Purchase of Service Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, (awarded pursuant to RFP No. 43-2023) with Career Edge, LLC, allocating $100,000.00 of federal Grant funds awarded pursuant to the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA) for a cloud-based online career services learning management system for residents.
Section 2 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute any other necessary Agreements or amendments with Career Edge, LLC related to the use of these funds.
Section 3 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $100,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Career Edge, LLC, from account # 3230-136102-1362-78103, pursuant to the terms of the Purchase of Service Agreement.
Section 4 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
