BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute and submit the Grant Application, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Kentucky Fire Commission and to provide any additional information requested in connection with this Grant Application, which Grant funds are in the amount of $7,750.00 Commonwealth of Kentucky funds, and are for the purchase of a portable, durable, multi-function forcible door entry simulator for firefighter training.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
