(Grade 114E), creating one (1) position of Program Specialist (Grade 112E), creating one (1) position of Microcomputer Support Specialist (Grade 113N), and creating two (2) positions of Electrician (114N) all in the Division of Water Quality.  (L0014-14) (Maxwell/Graham)
This is a request to amend Section 21-5 of the Code of Ordinances by abolishing two (2) positions of Electronics/Computer Controls Specialist (Grade 113N), abolishing one (1) position of Engineering Technician Senior (Grade 113E), abolishing one (1) position of Associate Engineering Technician Prin. (Grade 114E), creating one (1) position of Program Specialist (Grade 112E), creating one (1) position of Microcomputer Support Specialist (Grade 113N), and creating two (2) positions of Electrician (114N) all in the Division of Water Quality.  The impact for FY 2014 (9 pay periods) will be a cost savings of $17,116.30.

      Section 1 - That the following subsection line numbers of Sections 21-5(2) of the Code of Ordinances be and hereby are amended to read as follows:

      Section 2 - That the following subsection of Section 21-5(2) of the Code of Ordinances be and hereby is created to read as follows:

      Section 3 - That subsection line number 340.064 of Section 21-5(2) of the Code of Ordinances be and hereby is deleted.
      Section 4 - That certain of the Budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government are amended and funds are appropriated pursuant to Budget Schedule No. 0039, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
      Section 5 - That this Ordinance shall become effective upon date of passage.
