Summary

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Third Amendment to Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Corizon, LLC, for provision of health services at the Detention Center to add additional staffing and to increase the Contract by the mandated CPI.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of an additional $266,798.16 for FY2018, for a total cost for base services of $3,644,354.45 for FY 2018, be and hereby is approved for payment to Corizon, LLC, from account #1101-505402-5421-71203, pursuant to the terms of the Third Amendment to Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
