BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Everbridge, Inc., be and hereby is established as a sole source provider for the purchase of the Alert Notification System for the Division of Emergency Management.
Section 2 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute any necessary agreements with Everbridge, Inc., related to the procurement of the Alert Notification System.
Section 3 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $104,918.04, be and hereby is approved for payment to Everbridge, Inc., from account #3200-505201-76102 ($40,000.00), and from account #3200-505204-76102 ($21,696.10), and from account #1101-505204-76102 ($27,471.94), and from account #4204-505602-76102 ($15,750.00) pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
