BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an Agreement with Buildingeye, Inc., attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, for the renewal of a data visualization application relating to the Accela software application, for the Division of Computer Services, and further authorizing the Mayor or the Chief Information Officer as her designee to execute any future documents necessary for the operation, support, or maintenance of the Agreement.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $44,326.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Buildingeye, Inc., from account # 1101-202505-71307 ($20,390.00), 1115-202505-71307 ($6,649.00), 4002-202505-71307 ($10,195.00), and 4201-202505-71307 ($7,092.00), pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, subject to 5% annual increases as well as appropriation of sufficient funds.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
