BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Engineering Services Agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the following prequalified engineering firms: Tetra Tech, Inc.; Integrated Engineering, PLLC; Vision Engineering, LLC; and ECSI, LLC, to provide services for the Division of Engineering under Indefinite Services Contract 3 - Construction Drawings Review for Department of Engineering Manual Compliance (RFP No. 13-2014), with future work awarded and funds budgeted on a project basis.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
