BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute a multi-year Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Thomson Reuters (West Publishing Corporation), for a subscription to the CLEAR Government background investigation database and services, for the Division of Revenue.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed $1,996.86 in FY 2025, be and hereby is approved for payment to Thomson Reuters (West Publishing Corporation), from accounts # 1101-202601-0001-71299 ($998.43); # 4002-202602-0001-71299 ($539.15); # 4051-202604-0001-71299 ($259.60); and # 4121-202603-0001-71299 ($199.68), pursuant to the terms of the Contract, with future fiscal years subject to the appropriation of sufficient funds.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
