BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute an agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference with Glendover Neighborhood Association, Inc., Miss Kentucky Scholarship Pageant, Inc., and Booker T. Washington Primary School PTA, Inc., for the Office of the Urban County Council.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum stated, be and hereby is approved for payment to Glendover Neighborhood Association, Inc. ($650.00), Miss Kentucky Scholarship Pageant, Inc. ($725.00), and Booker T. Washington Primary School PTA, Inc. ($425.00), from account #1101 121002 71299, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the agreements.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
