BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference with Girl Scouts of Kentucky's Wilderness Road Council, Inc., The Southland Association, WGPL Neighborhood Association, Carnegie Center, Baby Health Services, Inc., Moveable Feast Lexington, Inc., Big Brothers/Big Sisters of the Bluegrass, Inc., Bluegrass Technology Center, Inc., YMCA of Central KY, Hope Center, Inc., The Nest, Southern Heights Neighborhood Association, Belleau Wood Neighborhood Association, Inc., Lexington Leadership Foundation, Squires PTA, Lexington Humane Society, Central KY Radio Eye, LexArts, Inc., and Victory Christian Church, for the Office of the Urban County Council.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby is approved for payment to Girl Scouts of Kentucky's Wilderness Road Council, Inc.
