BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute a Memorandum of Agreement with the Kentucky Science and Technology Corporation and its Kentucky Procurement Technical Assistance Center, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to provide joint classes, outreach events and webinars that support LFUCG’s Minority Business Enterprise Program, at a cost not to exceed $5,000.00.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $5,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to the Kentucky Science and Technology Corporation and/or the Kentucky Procurement Technical Assistance Center, from account #1101-202801-71299, pursuant to the terms of the agreement.
Section 3 - That the Mayor or her designee be and hereby is further authorized to execute any additional agreements or documents related to this matter.
Section 4 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
