BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed execute a multi-year Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Accelecom, Inc., to provide a redundant fiber internet connection for the Public Safety Operations Center, at a cost not to exceed $9,648.00 in FY 2025.
Section 2 - That the Chief Information Officer, or her designee, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute any necessary documents related to the procurement.
Section 3 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $9,648.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Accelecom, Inc., from account #1101-202505-72204, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, with renewal contingent upon the budgeting of sufficient funds in future fiscal years.
Section 4 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
