Summary
Authorization to execute Engineering Services Agreement with CMW Architects & Engineers, Inc. for the design of the Old Frankfort Pike Scenic Byway Viewing Area project. This project provides for design and construction of a visitor viewing facility at the east entry to Old Frankfort Pike. There is no design cost in future fiscal years. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an Engineering Services Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with CMW Architects & Engineers, Inc., for the design of the Old Frankfort Pike Scenic Byway Viewing Area Project.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of 48,500.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to CMW Architects & Engineers, Inc., from account #3160-160201-90511, pursuant to the terms of the Engineering Services Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
