BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Lease Agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the following individuals for the listed property in consideration of the sum stated in annual rent: Ada Williamson for 4051 Richmond Road, $2,442.00; Teresa Jill Farmer for 3401 Shamrock Lane, $9,240.00; and Victoria Hamm for 3561 Shamrock Lane, $7,260.00. Total revenue for FY 2027 is $18,942.00.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
