                     BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Certificates of Consideration and all other necessary documents, including the Memorandum of Easement Purchase Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Anderson-Ramsey, LLC, and to accept deeds for property interests needed for the Expansion Area 3 Trunk Remedial Measures Project.

                     Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed $60,229.75, plus an additional amount to be determined in accordance with the Memorandum of Easement Purchase Agreement  with Anderson-Ramsey, LLC, be and hereby is approved for payment to property owners, plus usual and appropriate closing costs, from account #4003-303408-3466-92811.

                     Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
