BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an Engineering Services Agreement (awarded pursuant to RFP No. 27-2022), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Stantec Consulting Services, Inc., for evaluation of the Town Branch 5 Sub Drainage Area, which includes the sanitary sewer service area for Remedial Measures Project TB-14, at a cost not to exceed $241,268.00.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $241,268.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. from account # 4003-303408-3466-92811, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
