BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bids of Solid Rock Construction, LLC, and Sensabaugh Design & Construction, establishing price contracts for UPC - Demolition of Residential Structures, for the Division of Water Quality, be and hereby are accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bids, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute any agreements related to the bid.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
