BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Human Resources is authorized to make a conditional offer to the following Probationary Classified Civil Service Appointments:
Christopher Kirkland, Technical Specialist, Grade 515N, $19.150 hourly in the Division of Computer Services, effective April 24, 2017.
Joshua Dezarn, Municipal Engineer, Grade 525E, $2,589.12 biweekly in the Division of Engineering, effective May 8, 2017.
Clifton Stone, Resource Recovery Operator, Grade 513N, $18.665 hourly in the Division of Waste Management, effective April 24, 2017.
William Rambert, Resource Recovery Operator, Grade 513N, $18.233 hourly in the Division of Waste Management, effective April 24, 2017.
LaTonya McClain, Resource Recovery Operator, Grade 513N, $17.662 hourly in the Division of Waste Management, effective April 24, 2017.

Section 2 - That upon successful completion of the physical or medical examination, the applicants listed in Section 1 May begin the probationary civil service probationary period.
Section 3 - That the Division of Human Resources is authorized to make a conditional offer to the following Unclassified Civil Service Appointment:
Melissa Martin, Victims Advocate/Bilingual, Grade 514N, $18.589 hourly in the Division of Police, effective upon passage of Council.
Section 4 - That upon successful completion of the physical or medical examination, the applicant listed in Section 3 May begin employment.
