BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bids of Kalkreuth Roofing & Sheet Metal Inc.; Pearce Blackburn Roofing, LLC; The Bri-Den Co., Inc.; and Tri-State Roofing & Sheet Metal Company of Kentucky, establishing price contracts for Roof Repairs and Maintenance (Bid No. 50-2023), for the Division of Facilities Management, be and hereby are accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bids, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
