BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, Alzheimer’s Association of Greater KY & Southern IN, YMCA of Central KY, Athens Chilesburg Elementary PTA, Cove Haven Cemetery, Inc., Gardenside Neighborhood Association, Inc., NERD SQUAD, Inc., and Georgetown Street Area Neighborhood Association, Inc., for the Office of the Urban County Council
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby is approved for payment to Alzheimer’s Association of Greater KY & Southern IN ($1,350.00), YMCA of Central KY ($1,000.00), Athens Chilesburg Elementary PTA ($500.00), Cove Haven Cemetery, Inc. (1,500.00), Gardenside Neighborhood Association, Inc. ($500.00), NERD SQUAD, Inc. ($300.00), and Georgetown Street Area Neighborhood Association, Inc., ($300.00), from account #1101 121002 71299, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the Agreements.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
